An awareness raising session held at the MilleniumCentre, Westwood - 18th Oct 2015.
Speakers included both medical advisors and those with personal experience of cancer including Dave Whalley the editor of the Oldham Chronicle.
A day of training was given to members of the Oldham community as Cancer Champions - who will help raise awareness of early symptoms and actions to be taken in prevention, getting diagnosis and treatment of cancer.
Bilal and his delicious Zafar Cakes were so well received at our event for Apasen in June that we brought him back for a second helping in October! This time in support of Abaseen. So no confusion at all.
Amana organised an Eid Party for the benefit of Apasen International charity.
